The role You'll be a first-line (Tier 1) B2B Customer Expert for a global printer and imaging brand , helping business customers by phone and email: Basic troubleshooting for users Opening and escalating tickets to Tier 2 Working in CRM tools (Siebel, ServiceNow) You'll join a global team, with a structured learning curve to full independence within about 6 months.
