Sales Closer (Consultative Phone Sales) Our client is an established UK online education provider supporting thousands of learners across primary and secondary school subjects. They are seeking three consultative, target-driven Sales Closers based remotely in South Africa to connect with warm parent leads and secure student enrolments. What you will do - Engage warm parent leads and existing enquiries from the CRM, with no cold calling required - Maintain a steady calling pace of 150 to 200 dials per day using a modern dialler system - Conduct consultative sales conversations with parents to understand their children's learning requirements - Overcome objections with empathy and clearly explain the benefits and value of the tuition service - Guide parents through to completed enrolment and update lead records accurately in the CRM What we are looking for - At least 2 years of proven experience closing consumer sales over the phone, such as telesales, insurance, financial products, or education enrolment - Clear, soft-spoken English that UK parents can easily understand and relate to - Strong consultative phone manner with the ability to build trust and handle objections effectively - High energy and comfort working with high-volume outbound dials on warm lead data - A quiet, dedicated home workspace equipped with reliable fibre internet and an uninterrupted backup power solution - Availability to work 10:00 to 20:00 UK time, Monday to Friday Nice to have - Direct experience selling to UK customers - Prior experience within the education or training sector - Basic familiarity with the UK school curriculum, Years 3 to 11, and GCSEs - Hands-on experience with sales CRMs and automated diallers What is on offer - Base salary of R25 000 - R28 000 per month plus commission on enrolments - Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 20:00 UK time - Fully remote position from anywhere in South Africa - Immediate start available for the week of 3 November How to apply Submit your CV highlighting your relevant B2C phone sales and closing experience.
