Electrical Estimator | Civil Infrastructure | Sydney We're working with a leading Australian civil infrastructure contractor seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to support major projects across the renewables, water, wastewater and energy sectors. We partner closely with contractors, engineering consultancies and delivery organisations to place high quality technical professionals. Our approach is relationship led and commercially grounded, built on practical industry experience and a clear understanding of how complex projects are delivered. Based in Sydney, the role involves preparing detailed first-principles electrical estimates for multidisciplinary projects incorporating civil, structural and electrical construction. You'll work closely with engineering, procurement and delivery teams to develop competitive tenders, assess project risks and identify value engineering opportunities. What we're looking for: Electrical estimating experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 civil infrastructure contractor. Strong first-principles estimating capability across multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. Experience in water, wastewater, renewables, energy or related infrastructure sectors. Ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics and technical specifications. Understanding of electrical interfaces with civil, structural and mechanical construction. Advanced Excel skills and experience with Expert Estimation, CATS or similar software.
