Customer Support Representative with Czech/Slovak and English

Responsibilities: Provide customer support in Slovak and English via phone, email and chat. Resolve customer inquiries in line with agreed service levels and established procedures. Use CRM, ticketing systems and knowledge bases to manage customer requests efficiently. Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, resolution and call handling. Collaborate with colleagues and share best practices. Participate in ongoing training and stay up to date with product knowledge. Requirements: Native-level Slovak/Czech (C2) Fluent English (C1) Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities. Ability to follow established processes and guidelines. Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies. Self-motivated and customer-focused. No experience is needed as full training will be provided. What we offer: Salary: €1,535 gross per month Welcome bonus: €1,200 gross, paid in two instalments Work model: On-site Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 Relocation package: €1,500 gross relocation bonus, paid in two instalments, to support initial relocation and rental costs. 21 days of company-provided accommodation upon arrival.
