Join a team in Sofia as a Player Support Specialist. In this on-site role, you will provide dedicated support to players, using your German and English to ensure a positive gaming experience. Key points Location: Sofia, Bulgaria, the capital, a vibrant city known for its rich history, cultural landmarks and a growing expat community Work model: On-site Languages: German and English Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Sunday, on shifts covering 24/7 operations Compensation: Monthly gross salary, plus a welcome bonus paid in two instalments, after three and six months, subject to continued employment.
