Location: Barcelona, Spain Work Model: On-site Languages: German (C1) & English (B2) About the Position Are you a German-speaking professional with a background in sales or customer relations? An international team in Barcelona is looking for a Business Development Representative to support business growth, connect with potential clients, and develop new commercial opportunities. Key Responsibilities Reach out to potential clients and introduce relevant services. Identify new business opportunities and qualify leads. Communicate with clients to understand their needs. Develop and maintain professional client relationships. Follow up on sales leads and support the sales process. Maintain accurate records using CRM systems. Meet agreed performance targets and collaborate with colleagues. What We're Looking For Fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B2). At least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience. Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with CRM platforms and database management.
