Previous experience working within a school is essential, alongside strong knowledge of education-sector HR procedures. The Role Managing the school's HR function Supporting recruitment and onboarding Managing contracts and employee records Overseeing DBS and safer recruitment processes Maintaining the Single Central Record Advising managers on HR matters Supporting absence and performance processes Managing HR systems Supporting employee relations Ensuring HR policies remain up to date About You You'll need strong knowledge of school HR and excellent communication skills.
