The role offers an opportunity for someone with facilities or leisure management experience to help maintain safe, well-organised spaces for school activities, clubs and approved external bookings. About the Role You will coordinate the practical and administrative aspects of sports facilities, working with school staff, site colleagues and external users. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating bookings for sports halls, pitches and other facilities. Preparing facilities and equipment ahead of scheduled activities. Liaising with coaches, clubs, staff and external hirers. Monitoring equipment condition and reporting maintenance requirements. Maintaining booking schedules, usage records and relevant documentation. Supporting health and safety procedures and ensuring facilities are ready for use. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in sports facilities, leisure operations or facilities coordination. Strong organisational and customer service skills. Confidence managing bookings, schedules and competing priorities. Awareness of health and safety requirements in sports or public facilities. School or education-sector experience is desirable.
