Speak Arabic and English and have experience managing paid advertising campaigns? Join an international team in Lisbon, supporting customers with social media advertising products and services, with a €1,000 welcome bonus. This on site role is an opportunity to bring together your digital marketing experience and customer service skills in an international environment. What you will do Support customers in Arabic and English with enquiries related to social media advertising products and services. Use your knowledge of paid campaigns and digital marketing to understand customers' needs and provide guidance. Deliver professional customer service, working independently and alongside your team. What we offer Salary: €920 gross per month, paid 14 times per year. Welcome bonus: €1,000, paid in 12 monthly instalments during your first year. Meal allowance: €7.63 net per working day. Attendance bonus: €40 per month, paid over 11 months. On-site position in Lisbon, Portugal. Start date: 19 November 2026. Working schedule Initially, you will work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday: 07:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00 , with two rotating days off. At a later date, to be confirmed, the project will move to 24/7 rotating shifts , Monday to Sunday, with two rotating days off. What we are looking for Fluent Arabic and English, with proficiency in an Arabic variety spoken in Egypt, Jordan or the UAE . Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns — mandatory. A degree in Marketing or a related field. Previous experience in digital marketing. Experience in a contact centre or customer service programme for an advertising technology company. Confidence using social media products and a basic understanding of digital advertising. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ready to apply?
