Customer Service Representative – German & English Location: Porto, Portugal | Work Model: Hybrid Start date:29/10/2026 I am looking for a German and English-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide inbound customer support. Responsibilities include assisting customers with service-related inquiries, guiding them through app setup and access procedures, presenting relevant products and services, and supporting marketing campaigns. Requirements: Fluent or native-level German and good English proficiency. Strong communication and customer service skills. A customer-focused and sales-oriented approach. work mode: Rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, between 06:00 and 21:00, with two rotating days off. Hybrid work model in Porto, Portugal. Note: Relocation support is not provided. EU Documentation OR Valid Portuguese work permit
