Note Active Florida Bar membership and hands-on insurance defense litigation experience are required. We're looking for an attorney ready to manage cases, handle depositions, and confidently represent clients in court. Job Description Manage insurance defense and civil litigation cases from initial investigation through resolution. Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents. Conduct and defend depositions, manage discovery, and develop effective case strategies. Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences. Prepare cases for trial and collaborate with colleagues on litigation strategy. Build trusted client relationships through clear communication and responsive service. Qualifications Active Florida Bar license and J.D. from an accredited law school. 2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience; 3+ years preferred. Experience with depositions, hearings, discovery, and motion practice. Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload. Strong legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills. Professionalism, reliability, and a client-focused mindset.
