The role involves developing advertising solutions, optimizing campaign performance, increasing client investment, and building long-term business relationships within the German market. Requirements:C2-level German proficiency and strong written and spoken English. Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience; Masters degree in Marketing or Communications is an advantage. Preferably 2+ years of sales or marketing experience. Strong understanding of German business culture and the digital marketing landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Experience with digital advertising, PPC campaigns, CRM systems, and AI tools. Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Resilience, adaptability, and a target-driven mindset .Offer:€30,000 gross annual compensation (€26,000 base salary + €4,000 performance bonus), with additional earning potential through performance accelerators.
