HAIR STYLIST (M/F) TYGERVALLEY, CPT - Western-Cape (ZA) START DATE: A.S.A.P / 01 December 2026 REPORT TO: Salon Manager / Owner TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS: Monday to Saturday 09:00am - 19:00pm Long weekend off per month (Sat, Sun & Mon) + Days off in the week Shifts rotate REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS: R8,000 - R14,000 Basic Salary p/m (Based on Experience) Performance Incentives Retail Commission earned Treatment Commission earned Company Benefits - post probationary period REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE: We welcome Male and Female applicants - meeting our technical requirements Reliable transport to Tygervalley (there are public transport routes available) Relevant qualifications obtained in Hair Styling or Cosmetology - or similar skills qualified Trade Test preferred South African citizen - able to converse in professional English & Afrikaans - any other African language or a European language is highly beneficial but not required Minimum 2–3 years' practical experience as a Hair Stylist in a professional salon or spa environment. Competence in ladies' and men's cutting, styling, blow-drying and standard hairdressing services. Experience working with various hair textures and types, including natural, curly and chemically treated hair. Knowledge of scalp health, haircare treatments and professional product recommendations. An interest in organic and environmentally conscious haircare practices. Excellent consultation, communication and customer service skills. Professional grooming, personal hygiene and a polished appearance. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary beauty and wellness team.
