MIM Operations Manager (Metal Injection Molding) – Rockford, IL

You would lead day-to-day MIM production and serve as the technical authority on the process, with a base of $145,000-$165,000 and a 20% bonus. Why This Opportunity Is Worth a Look Compensation: $145,000-$165,000 base plus 20% bonus Relocation: Paid, with nationwide recruiting Growth area: MIM is a new area of growth for the company, and this role is the key individual advancing it Dual scope: The position bridges operations and engineering, so you own both production execution and technical process leadership Team: You would lead a team of technical experts that includes a Sr. Process Engineer, and partner directly with the Metallurgist and with customers Reporting line: Reports directly to the Director of Engineering Your Day-to-Day Lead day-to-day MIM production, with accountability for quality, delivery, and cost to customer expectations Serve as the technical leader for MIM processes across the organization Own technical expertise, operational execution, and team development Develop and lead the technical team, including the Sr. Process Engineer Work closely with the Metallurgist and customers to drive successful project execution Position the organization to support current and future business growth What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field 7+ years of experience Strong expertise in MIM processing: feedstock, molding, debinding, and sintering Understanding of metallurgical and materials principles Experience leading technical personnel Ready to Explore?
