Business to Business Outbound Sales Executive English

Join our Lisbon sales team as an English speaking outbound sales executive, working with businesses that are looking to improve their results. You will be the first conversation many prospects have with us, so professionalism and clear communication are key. Your responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying opportunities, arranging demonstrations and passing warm leads to account managers. You will track each opportunity carefully and aim for steady, measurable progress against your targets. We need candidates with English at C1 level or higher and at least one year of business to business or outbound sales experience. Shifts rotate across the week and total 40 hours, with a start date of 2 November 2026. We also value reliability, teamwork and a positive attitude, and every new colleague receives regular feedback and a clear path for development from the first day. Candidates must have the right to work in Portugal, such as European Union citizenship, a valid residence card or permit, or refugee status.
