Remote Client Support & Coordination Work From Home | Flexible Schedule | Training Provided We're looking for organized, dependable individuals to support clients with scheduling, communication, reservations, and general planning needs from home. You'll help keep important details organized, provide updates, and assist with coordination involving accommodations, transportation, activities, confirmations, or itinerary information when needed. Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided. What You'll Do Communicate with clients about preferences and requests Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and important details Assist with reservation and planning information Provide updates and follow up on pending items Research options when needed Help keep client plans organized from start to finish Maintain accurate client information What We're Looking For Strong communication and organizational skills Good attention to detail Reliable follow-through Comfort working independently Ability to manage multiple requests Familiarity with email, apps, and online systems Positive attitude and willingness to learn Customer service, scheduling, hospitality, reservations, administration, or coordination experience can be helpful, but it is not required.
