Client Travel Scheduling Associate Remote | Flexible Schedule | Training Provided We're looking for organized, dependable individuals to help clients manage travel schedules, confirmations, reservations, and important planning details. As a Client Travel Scheduling Associate , you'll coordinate dates, follow-up, itinerary timing, and client information while supporting accommodations, transportation, activities, and other travel arrangements when needed. Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided. What You'll Do Coordinate client schedules and confirmations Gather dates, preferences, and travel details Assist with reservation and itinerary information Track deadlines, updates, and pending items Provide client follow-up and next-step information Help organize accommodations, transportation, and activities Maintain accurate client records What We're Looking For Strong organization and attention to detail Clear, professional communication Reliable follow-through Ability to manage multiple schedules Comfort working independently Familiarity with email, calendars, and online systems Adaptability when plans change Experience in scheduling, customer service, hospitality, reservations, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
