French-Speaking Customer Support Agent | Remote Company: Cross Border Talents Location: Remote, Greece Language: French Contract: 8 months Work schedule: Rotating shifts, 24/7 account Relocation support available About the Role Join an international customer support team and help customers with payment card services in a dynamic, multilingual environment. As a French-speaking Customer Support Agent, you will assist customers through phone, chat, and email, providing clear information and effective solutions while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with lost or stolen cards and explain card benefits. Support customers with transaction-related inquiries and balance checks. Resolve customer issues professionally via phone and chat. Gradually take on back-office responsibilities, including email and social media support. Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Follow established procedures to maintain high service quality. Requirements Fluent French, preferably at C1 level or above. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide practical solutions. Good computer skills and confidence using digital tools. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including occasional nights and approximately two weekends per month. A responsible, customer-focused attitude and attention to detail.
