Solution Consultant with Slovak and English (relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria)

We are currently looking for a Solution Consultant with Slovak and English for our client in Sofia, Bulgaria. Our client: Our client is a global technology company providing customer service, sales and digital solutions to some of the world’s largest brands, with operations across multiple markets and thousands of employees worldwide. Responsibilities: Provide customer support in Slovak and English via phone, email and chat. Resolve customer inquiries in line with agreed service levels and established procedures. Use CRM, ticketing systems and knowledge bases to manage customer requests efficiently. Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, resolution and call handling. Collaborate with colleagues and share best practices. Participate in ongoing training and stay up to date with product knowledge. Requirements: Native-level Slovak (C2) Fluent English (C1) Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities. Ability to follow established processes and guidelines. Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies. Self-motivated and customer-focused. What we offer: Salary: €1,535 gross per month Welcome bonus: €1,500 gross, paid in two instalments Work model: On-site Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 Relocation package: €1,500 gross relocation bonus, paid in two instalments, to support initial relocation and rental costs. 21 days of company-provided accommodation upon arrival.
