Technical Support Representative – Dutch Market | Lisbon, Portugal Ready to turn your Dutch language skills into an international career? Cross Border Talents is looking for Dutch-speaking professionals to join a technical support team in Portugal! In this role, you'll help customers use cloud-based software designed to support legal and accounting professionals in Belgium and the Netherlands. What you'll do: Provide technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone and email. Troubleshoot technical, functional, and performance-related issues. Create and manage support cases in a CRM system. Investigate customer issues and identify possible solutions. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments. Deliver a professional, friendly, and customer-focused experience. What we're looking for: Fluent Dutch language skills. Good English communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A willingness to learn new software and technical processes.
