Responsibilities Assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown. Help organize event materials, supplies, schedules, and designated areas. Welcome attendees and provide general event information. Support registration, attendee guidance, and scheduled activities. Coordinate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Maintain organized and professional event spaces. Respond to routine attendee questions and communicate additional needs to the appropriate team members. Help gather feedback to improve future events. Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills. Friendly, professional, and adaptable attitude.
