Remote Travel Consultant

Travel Navigator Co. is looking for an organized, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Travel Consultant. In this role, you will guide clients through planning and booking their vacations, offering helpful recommendations and making sure every detail fits their needs and budget. Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, dates, group size, and budgets Research and recommend cruises, resorts, tours, and vacation packages that match client preferences Explain trip options, inclusions, and policies in a clear, helpful way Confirm availability, pricing, and reservation details with travel suppliers Guide clients through the booking process and review details for accuracy Send clients timely confirmations, updates, and pre-trip reminders Help resolve issues and handle changes to existing reservations Keep accurate records of client information and bookings Follow company procedures and support the team with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or travel is helpful but not required Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and virtual communication tools Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access Friendly, customer-first attitude with an interest in travel Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work What We Offer: Remote work environment Comprehensive onboarding and training resources Access to travel industry tools and supplier networks Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities Flexible scheduling based on business needs
