NEW VEHICLE SALES MANAGER – JOHANNESBURG Our client, an established franchised motor dealership in Johannesburg , is seeking an experienced and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Manager with a proven track record in dealership sales management. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, commercial acumen and a consistent track record of achieving sales targets, driving profitability and developing successful sales teams. Minimum Requirements Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager within a franchised motor dealership. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Demonstrated success in managing and developing a vehicle sales team. Strong understanding of dealership operations, stock management, gross profit and sales KPIs.
