Dutch-speaking Operations Customer Expert | E-commerce Support Lisbon, Portugal Cross Border Talents is looking for a Dutch-speaking professional who enjoys helping customers, solving problems and making online shopping easier. Join an international team where communication, attention to detail and a customer-first mindset make a real difference. What will you do? Assist customers via phone and email. Help resolve questions related to orders, deliveries, payments, refunds and returns. Communicate with external sellers to help resolve customer issues. Provide information about digital products. Escalate complex cases and redirect enquiries to the appropriate departments. What we're looking for Dutch at C2 level. English at B2 level or above. A high school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Confidence using computer systems and handling customer information responsibly. A proactive, customer-oriented attitude. The practical details Location: Lisbon, Portugal Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 23:00 Working hours: 40 hours per week, with 8 working hours per day plus a lunch break Training: 6 working days, 8 hours per day Work model: To be confirmed during recruitment Ready to bring your language skills into an international customer support environment?
