WE'RE HIRING – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (CIVIL WORKS PROJECTS) Location: Pakistan Industry: Civil Construction Key Responsibilities & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in business development for civil construction projects . Identify and secure new projects involving buildings, villas, infrastructure, and civil works. Develop business opportunities with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers. Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and commercial presentations. Build and maintain strong client relationships and negotiate contracts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects. Achieve business development targets and support company growth. Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
