English-speaking Customer Support Specialist | Digital Advertising | Lisbon, Portugal Cross Border Talents is looking for an English-speaking professional who enjoys helping businesses solve problems and get the most out of digital tools. In this role, you'll support small and medium-sized businesses as they navigate advertising products, troubleshoot issues and improve their experience with digital services. Your day-to-day Support business customers via chat, email and phone. Help users navigate advertising tools and self-service products. Provide assistance before and after the purchase of advertising services. Troubleshoot technical issues and explain product features. Handle challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism. De-escalate difficult situations and help customers find practical solutions. What we're looking for English proficiency at C1 level or above. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. An empathetic, helpful and team-oriented attitude. The ability to handle sensitive information responsibly. Adaptability and a willingness to learn new tools and processes. Work details Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work model: On-site Schedule: 40 hours per week, with rotating shifts; the specific schedule will be confirmed during recruitment.
