Maintain accurate documentation and customer records using CRM systems. Collaborate smoothly with internal teams and escalate complex issues when needed. Spot and act upon organic cross-selling and upselling opportunities. What We Are Looking For Language Skills: Advanced/C1–C2 level in spoken and written German, plus a minimum B2 level in English for internal communication. Location & Commute: Ability to regularly commute to the District 4 office in Bucharest 3 days per week. Core Qualities: Strong communication, active listening, patience, empathy, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Technical Skills: Good computer literacy, MS Office knowledge, and familiarity with CRM tools.
