Dutch & English Customer Support Agent | Lisbon, Portugal Position Overview We are seeking a Dutch- and English-speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international team in Lisbon. The successful candidate will provide professional customer assistance, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to an excellent customer experience in a multicultural environment. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, professional assistance. Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction. Communicate clearly and maintain high service standards. Contribute to a positive and customer-focused service environment. Requirements Fluency in both Dutch and English. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Professional, customer-oriented approach. Must currently reside in Lisbon, Portugal. Working Schedule Working hours: 08:00–18:00. Initially on-site in Lisbon, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid work model after the first three months. Benefits €100 performance bonus. €150 additional language bonus.
