Based in Dubai with a multicultural workforce of 16+ nationalities, the environment is high-growth, internationally minded, and deliberately built for people who want ownership over their work. ⟢ WHAT YOU'LL OWN: Facilitate internal training sessions across onboarding, soft skills, and company processes — both in-person and virtual Partner with department heads to diagnose capability gaps and build targeted training plans Design high-quality training materials: presentations, facilitator guides, handbooks, and scripts Own the full training lifecycle — planning, coordination, delivery, and post-session follow-up Analyze participant feedback and learning data to continuously sharpen content and delivery quality Help build a scalable training content library and standardize internal learning processes Maintain accurate training records and documentation across all programs Support new joiners pre-arrival: provide essential information before Day 1 and assist with logistics on their onboarding day Contribute to culture-building initiatives across the organization ⟢ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications, or a related discipline 5+ years of hands-on experience in delivering training and developing internal learning content Confident facilitator with strong public speaking skills — you own the room Proficient in Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets) and Canva for content creation Structured thinker who can organize complex information into clear, compelling learning experiences Proactive, collaborative, and energized by helping others develop Advanced English communication skills — able to train, present, and create materials entirely in English ⟢ BENEFITS & PERKS: Official employment in compliance with UAE labor law Partial coverage for breakfast and lunch Relocation package , including flight tickets and 4-8 weeks of accommodation in a company apartment Home visit benefit 4 flight tickets/year to reunite with your family Hybrid working & flexible hours Annual fitness budget for employees Multinational team with members from 16 countries , diverse yet supportive ⟢ Recruitment Process: HR Interview Technical Interview Background Check Offer
