About the Position We are looking for a French and English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will assist customers, answer their questions, and provide effective solutions to ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and provide support in French and English. Respond to customer questions and resolve issues efficiently. Deliver professional and customer-focused service. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry. High school diploma or equivalent (12th grade). Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
