About the position
Join an international customer support team and help customers with payment cards, transactions, and account-related enquiries. Your role Assist customers with card issues, transactions, and benefits. Provide support via phone, chat, and email. Record customer interactions and resolve enquiries efficiently. What we're looking for French C1 and English B1. At least 2 years of call centre experience. Strong written communication and multitasking skills. Financial services experience is an advantage. Willingness to work remotely with rotating shifts, including occasional nights and weekends. What we offer Relocation support, including two weeks of hotel accommodation and an eligible EU flight ticket. Airport pickup and real estate agency fee support.
