Mechanical Piping Superintendent (Multifamily) – Phoenix, AZ Elite Executive Solutions is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Mechanical Piping Superintendent to oversee multifamily construction projects throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. This role is perfect for an experienced field leader who thrives in fast-paced multifamily construction while maintaining exceptional quality, safety, and schedule performance. Key Responsibilities Direct all field operations for multifamily mechanical piping projects. Coordinate field labor, subcontractors, and material deliveries. Maintain project schedules and production goals. Conduct daily safety meetings and jobsite inspections. Ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards. Partner with Project Managers to resolve project challenges. Mentor foremen and field personnel. Qualifications Mechanical piping experience within multifamily construction. Proven field leadership experience. Strong scheduling and coordination skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
