Senior Member of Technical Staff

About the Role Join a technical team at a HealthTech company to design, build, and ship production software. Your work will help create reliable, scalable systems that support the company's technology needs. What You'll Do Design and implement large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures. Build and improve production systems with a focus on availability, scalability, and performance. Use cloud platforms and containerization technologies to develop and operate software. Contribute to technical direction and help teams deliver robust systems. Lead or mentor engineers, including supporting the development of junior team members. What We're Looking For At least 10 years of experience building and shipping production software systems. Experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems or microservices. Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams or junior engineers. Hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, and with Docker or Kubernetes. Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, or C++. Experience building for high availability, scalability, or performance, with open source contributions or public code repository maintenance a plus. Familiarity with infrastructure as code or configuration management tools. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range: $225,000 to $300,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is not available.
