Position: Sonic Audit Specialist - Spanish Type: Contract Compensation: $40/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Evaluate AI training data in Spanish through Multilingual Transcription Audit and Forced Alignment Audit . Review recordings and transcriptions to ensure accuracy using a fixed set of error codes. Verify audio segments for correct timestamp alignment and transcription accuracy. Correct errors by adjusting boundaries, splitting or merging segments, and adding or removing segments as needed. Provide detailed written rationales for each judgment to improve AI model performance . Work independently with a focus on careful listening and consistent rubric application . Qualifications Must-Have Native or near-native command of Spanish as spoken in Spain. Strong English reading and writing skills. Experience in transcription, subtitling, localization, linguistic annotation, or QA. Ability to distinguish similar sounds and identify word boundaries in continuous speech. Preferred Prior AI data annotation or model evaluation experience. Background in phonetics or linguistics . Experience with audio editing or waveform tools .
