Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, focusing on after-sales support. Assist with order status, product information, invoicing, and complaints. Use internal tools to provide accurate and timely solutions. Resolve escalated issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in training and development opportunities, with potential career paths in mentoring, training, or Quality Assurance. Requirements Native-level or C2 proficiency in Dutch. B2-level English for training purposes. Strong computer skills and familiarity with software tools. Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience required; sales or customer-facing experience is a plus. Working Schedule Monday to Friday, including occasional weekends. Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 23:00. On-site position in Thessaloniki, Greece.
