Bar Manager

Join a newly opened, high-end Italian venue in Dubai and lead the bar operations of an intimate, sophisticated lounge. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily bar and lounge operations, ensuring exceptional service standards. Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Manage beverage quality, inventory, stock control, and cost efficiency. Develop innovative cocktails and maintain high standards of beverage presentation. Ensure smooth service flow and a welcoming, premium lounge atmosphere. Drive guest satisfaction, repeat business, and revenue growth. Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards. Requirements: Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Bar & Lounge Manager in upscale hospitality. Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and guest relationship skills. Experience in high-end restaurants, cocktail lounges, or premium lifestyle venues is preferred. Italian or Spanish language skills are highly preferred. A polished personality with a passion for premium hospitality and service excellence.
