About the position
RESPONSIBILITIES: Create engaging content, visuals, and short videos for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, etc.). Collaborate with the team on career events and employer branding activities, including event preparation, on-site coordination, and post-event communication. Assist with employee engagement activities, including event preparation, logistics, photo/video capturing, and event communications. Coordinate internal communication activities and maintain content across internal communication platforms. Perform other related tasks as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Ability to demonstrate skills in communications/content development and graphic design (Canva, etc.). Open-minded, resilient, eager to learn, and agile in adjusting/adapting your scope when needed. Strong written and oral communication skills (English proficiency is required). Ability to use Microsoft Office tools.
