What you need to bring Leadership experience, preferably managing regional business development teams Flexibility to travel internationally for events, conferences, and client meetings Strong understanding of trading platforms, financial markets, and client relationship management Proven network and experience managing and growing IB partnerships internationally Extensive market exposure across East Asia, Southeast Asia, and LatAm as the primary focus Experience from FX brokers in related roles is a must!
