SENIOR SPA THERAPIST Fourways (JHB) , GAUTENG (ZA) START DATE: 01 November 2026 (Pre-opening) REPORT TO: Department Head / Director TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS: Monday – Sunday 09:00am - 21:00pm SHIFTS are allocated & rotated (8-hour standard shift) 45 hours per week Days off each week + weekend (based on operations) Hospitality Sector - includes all major public Holidays REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS: Market related BASIC Salary per month (based on your profile) R8,000 - R10,000 (BOE) Service Commission Retail Commission Employee & Performance Incentives Tips / Gratuities MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: South African citizen DIPLOMA achieved Beauty Specialist / Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology International accreditation from ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / CIDESCO Reliable transport for traveling to and from Fourways - this includes all shifts (some shifts end at 9pm at night) Professionally groomed - 5-star appearance - looking the part Spa Booking Systems confident Prior experience working in a Hotel-Spa / Cruise Ship / City Spa Spa & Wellness orientated Strong team-player, this will be a formidable, diverse team of Spa & Wellness professionals Knowledgeable on spa, holistic wellness and trends around the world as our guests are multi nationals paying a premium to use our spa facilities Able to commence training & onboarding November 2026 You must have the relevant post-graduation, industry experience in your field
