Network Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to manage and maintain our organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, and video network services. This includes planning, designing, and implementing network solutions, as well as monitoring network performance and security. Key Responsibilities: Configure, install, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation. Implement and manage security measures to protect network data and resources. Collaborate with IT team members to design and deploy network solutions that meet organizational needs. Maintain documentation for network configurations, changes, and procedures. Provide technical support and training to staff on network-related issues. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance network performance and security. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of network protocols, architectures, and security practices. Proficiency with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques. Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are preferred.
