On top of the salary 14 Salaries a Year Hotel on Arrival Flights Covered Paid Training The role CloserHire is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit German-speaking Customer Service Advisors for a well-established telecommunications support project in Greece. This role is fully focused on delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for end users. Day to day that means act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, handle inquiries related to services, billing, contracts, and general account support, troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers step by step toward resolution, clearly explain products, services, and procedures in a customer-friendly way, resolve complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution, accurately document all interactions in internal systems, and follow established processes, quality standards, and data protection guidelines.
