The client prefers candidates who have never worked for them before, so please do not submit any candidates who have previously worked for our client, regardless of LOB, BPO, or country What we're looking for Native/Fluent Polish and good English (B2+) Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls Ability to investigate and resolve customer/order-related issues Comfortable working in fast-paced BPO environment with rotational shifts Computer literate with ability to learn systems quickly Salary €920 per month (gross) Benefits Complexity bonus of €70 Health insurance Meal allowance 7.63€ /day We are offering a 1000€ Welcome Bonus only till end of October. This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment Relocation support Relocation coming from abroad: room in shared apartment for max 12 months - rent of €280, utitlies and bills included. discounted directly from payslip.
