The Role Specialist Teaching: Plan and deliver lessons tailored to pupils' individual learning profiles. Personalised Learning: Adapt activities, communication approaches and resources to meet pupils' needs. Curriculum Access: Develop literacy, numeracy, life skills and wider curriculum knowledge. Positive Behaviour: Use consistent, supportive approaches to encourage engagement and independence. Progress Monitoring: Contribute to individual learning targets and review pupil development regularly. Multi-Disciplinary Working: Liaise with families, support staff and relevant external professionals. Safeguarding: Maintain a strong focus on pupil welfare and safeguarding procedures.
