Risk & Opportunity Management: Lead risk analysis , mitigation plans, and opportunity tracking across the full lifecycle. Planning & Scheduling: Manage project schedules , schedule risk assessments, and Monte Carlo simulations . Performance & Reporting: Monitor project performance, provide KPIs, reporting, and decision-support data . Stakeholder & Governance: Ensure effective stakeholder management , communication, and maturity gate reviews. Scope, Cost & Change Control: Integrate requirements, resources, costs , and manage configuration and change processes. What we’re looking for: Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Informatics or a related field. Knowledge of: PMO, Risk Management, Project Scheduling, Performance Reporting, Stakeholder Management, Change Control. B2/C1 English Level – mandatory. C1 German Level – mandatory.
