MEP Claims Executive

MEP Claims Executive On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking a detail-oriented MEP Claims Executive to manage payment applications, variations, and commercial documentation, ensuring projects are accurately valued and payments are received on time. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit interim payment applications for ongoing projects Verify site progress with project teams and support claim preparation Track certifications, payments, retentions, and outstanding balances Prepare and manage variations, change orders, and daywork submissions Compile supporting documentation including drawings, photos, RFIs, and site records Maintain claims registers and provide cash flow and payment reporting Support final accounts and project close-out activities Review subcontractor payment applications against completed works Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in payment claims, quantity surveying, or commercial administration within the construction or MEP sector Strong understanding of BOQs, valuations, and payment applications Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings Advanced Excel skills Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping abilities Strong communication and follow-up skills Fluent English Valid driving licence and willingness to attend site visits Preferred Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Building Services Experience with variations, dayworks, and final accounts Knowledge of FIDIC, JCT, or local construction contracts Familiarity with the Maltese construction industry Maltese language skills
