(Auto) AR Accountant Officer (เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชีลูกหนี้)

Key responsibilities You will support the Accounting Manager and team to ensure that operations run smoothly, and your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Manage accounts receivable and issue accurate invoices and billing documents. Record customer payments and related transactions in the accounting system. Follow up on outstanding payments in accordance with agreed credit terms. Reconcile accounts receivable and related bank accounts. Prepare aging reports and monitor receivable status. Verify payment documents, receipts, and withholding tax certificates. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Coordinate with customers, the sales team, and internal departments. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field New graduates are welcome 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting is a plus Strong understanding of accounting principles. Good command of MS Excel and Microsoft 365. Quick learner with a positive attitude, able to work independently and in a team. Strong communication skills and business integrity. Knowledge of local tax (VAT) regulations.
