Employee Relations: realización de entrevistas y seguimiento de empleados. Change Management: apoyo a cambios organizativos e implementación de medidas de personal. Job Evaluation: gestión de valoraciones de puestos y coordinación con el comité de empresa. HR Projects: participación en proyectos de mejora de procesos HR . Employment Law: asesoramiento en legislación laboral y protección de datos. HR Reporting: elaboración de KPIs de RRHH y recomendaciones para dirección. What we’re looking for: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Relevant hands-on experience in HR management and employee relations B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
