Forward Deployed Engineer

About the Role Join an AI software team serving enterprise home services operators as a Forward Deployed Engineer. You will work directly with customers to build and deploy AI agents, support successful implementations, and bring real-world customer needs back to the product organization. What You'll Do Build and deploy voice, text, and phone AI agents for enterprise customers in the home services sector. Own customer relationships from implementation and onboarding through ongoing support and success. Serve as the primary customer contact, helping ensure deployments meet customer needs and support account growth. Work with product, engineering, and design teams to turn customer pain points into platform improvements. Collaborate with team leads on product direction based on insights gathered from customer engagements. What We're Looking For One to five years of relevant experience. Experience building and deploying AI agents for enterprise customers, including voice, text, or phone-based applications. Experience owning customer relationships and supporting implementation, onboarding, and post-sales success. Experience partnering across product, engineering, and design to communicate customer needs and inform improvements. Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, REST APIs, TypeScript, React, Node.js, Postman, LangChain, Salesforce, or field service management platforms. Background in AI/ML or software solutions for business customers is relevant to this role. Compensation & Benefits The salary range is $120,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. Location This is an on-site role based in New York, New York, United States.
