Danish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, Greece + Relocation Package

About the role A leading global customer experience company is expanding its multilingual team in Greece. You will support international customers in Danish, helping them by phone, email, and chat. Start date: 05 November 2026 The Responsibilities Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Assist customers with tracking shipments, delivery status updates, pick-up scheduling, and shipping guidelines Resolve issues related to delayed, lost, or damaged packages following company procedures Handle billing questions, customs requirements, and documentation support Maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver a positive customer experience Log all interactions in the internal CRM system with detail and accuracy Follow internal KPIs including First Call Resolution, CSAT, handling time, and quality standards The Offer Competitive salary package Transportation bonus Performance bonus (up to 15% of salary) Relocation support (where applicable): hotel and flight covered Monday-Friday schedule with rotating shifts 40 hours per week The Requirements Fluency in Danish Good command of English (B1–B2 minimum for training and internal communication) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to handle stress, multitask, and work in fast-paced environments Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude Eligible to work legally in Greece To apply: send your CV
