German & English Technical Customer Service Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: On-site Languages: German & English About the Position Join a dynamic customer service team in Lisbon as a Technical Customer Service professional , providing support to customers in both German and English. You will assist customers with technical inquiries, troubleshoot issues, provide clear solutions, and ensure a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced international environment. Key Responsibilities Provide technical customer support in German and English. Assist customers with technical questions and troubleshooting. Identify issues and provide accurate and effective solutions. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers. Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of service. Work collaboratively within an international team. Adapt to a dynamic working environment and changing customer needs. Working Schedule Rotational schedule from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 20:00 . Saturday and Sunday between 08:00 and 17:00 . Two rotational days off. Requirements Fluent proficiency in German . Good proficiency in English . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for helping others. Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Open to feedback and continuous improvement. Customer-oriented mindset. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
